1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ComplyFlow AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the Service
ComplyFlow AI is a compliance assistance tool. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Final filings and submissions to ZATCA, the FTA, or any authority remain your responsibility.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Plans & Payment
The Free tier includes limited monthly scans. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Wise or international bank transfer. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the platform, or upload unlawful content.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, code, and branding are the property of ComplyFlow AI. You retain all rights to the invoices you upload.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. While we strive for accuracy, rule engines may not reflect the latest regulatory changes. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
